VA Certificate of Eligibility

This is the document provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs after an individual applies for benefits using the Veterans On Line Application (VONAPP). It certifies that an individual is entitled to receive Veterans Administration education benefits under the Montgomery GI Bill, and indicates the dollar amount that is available for enrollment in a particular program and school. You will receive this document in the mail within six to eight weeks of your application.
