Scheduling Center Associate

ATP seeks a self-starting, experienced professional to fill the role of Scheduling Center Associate to report directly to the Director of Admissions and executive management. ATP receives inbound calls every day from potential students and is looking for motivated individuals with good communication skills who are comfortable on the phone. The Scheduling Center Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the correct information is conveyed to potential students. ATP will provide a 2-week, paid training course to better familiarize the Associate with the aviation industry and ATP company policies. ATP is open Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM, at offices located in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Required (Bachelor's Degree in any area of study preferred)
- Aviation Experience Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills Required
- Excellent Computer Skills Required
- Previous Sales and/or Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Mastery of Email Communication Required
- Computer literate with ability to learn new programs
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Must be both a team player, and perform well independently
Responsibilities
- Provide ATP program information to potential students
- Schedule flight training programs
- Posses a knowledge of all ATP programs, prices and policies
- Efficiently handle calls and emails from prospective students
- Follow up with prospective students who have requested information on-line
- NO "cold calls"
- Various light mail duties
Pay & Benefits
- $30,000 base salary + commission of approximately $500/month after 6 months

Schedule
- Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- One week per month: Monday thru Friday, 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM
- One weekend per month: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
