Scheduling Center Associate

ATP seeks a self-starting, experienced professional to fill the role of Scheduling Center Associate to report to the Director of Admissions. ATP receives inbound calls every day from potential students and is looking for a motivated individual with good communication skills and inside sales experience. The Scheduling Center Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the correct information is conveyed to potential students.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree Required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Aviation Experience Preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills Required
  • Excellent Computer Skills Required
  • Previous Sales and/or Customer Service Experience Preferred
  • Mastery of Email Communication Required
  • Computer literate with ability to learn new programs
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Must be both a team player, and perform well independently

Responsibilities

  • Provide ATP program information to potential students
  • Schedule flight training programs
  • Posses a knowledge of all ATP programs, prices and policies
  • Efficiently handle calls and emails from prospective students
  • Follow up with prospective students who have requested information on-line
  • Expect to be on the phone most of the work day (inbound and direct response only — no cold calls)
  • Various light mail duties

Pay & Benefits

  • $24,000 base salary + commission of approximately $1000/month

Schedule

  • Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • One week per month: Monday thru Friday, 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM
