How do I access the Jeppesen Online Training?
For the Private Pilot Program

  1. Navigate to the online learning site:
  2. Click the check configuration link in the middle of the screen. (Very Important - takes 1 minute)
    • This ensures system requirements are met and provides links for any missing system requirements.
  3. Log in:
    • User name is your e-mail address
    • Password is “password”
    • First login will prompt to change login info

Once logged in -

  1. Click Home Page on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click Enrolled Learning Modules tab on top of screen.
    • You can also click the “news” tab and follow the link called “Jeppesen Learning Center Tutorial – Student” if you prefer a full tutorial prior to completing any lessons.
  3. Lessons to be complete prior to arrival:
    • GL1, GL2 + Exam, GL3 + Exam, GL4 + Exam
  4. Feel free to proceed to further lessons.
    • If you work ahead, it is highly recommended that lessons be completed in order counting up lowest to highest with one section complete prior to moving on to another section.
    • It is highly recommended that you coordinate lesson subject matter in online learning system with corresponding subject matter in the Pilots Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge and Airplane Flying Handbook. Topics can be identified using the index or TOC that both make navigation easy.
    • Disregard the Flight Lessons (the lessons with the “FL” prefix). The ATP Private Pilot Syllabus has lesson outlines for each flight lesson.
